"I found my 2006 Yamaha V Star 650 on Cycletrader which linked me to their home page. I filled out a financing app online and the next day I got a response 2 weeks later I went and picked my bike up which took no time at all. They had no in house Insurance agent but gladly allowed me to hop on a Computer to get some at Progressive. Total time at the store was probably an hour and a half, which was shorter than the trip down! I couldn't be more satisfied with the helpfulness and welcoming i got from the employees. "From the moment my husband and I walked into Columbus Cycle Shop, the staff went out of there way to help you not only to get the financing, but all the parts and acessories you needed, and if they didn't have it no need to worry because they would always get it for you. It is a great hometown, treat you like family business and trust me i did my shopping around and they will never inflate the price and they always shot one hell of a good deal. "I have had my best experience of the total package of motorcycle purchase, technical customer service adds and parts / tools purchases at Columbus Cycle Shop. Although we live in the near Houston Metro area, we now drive to Columbus Cycle (120 miles round-trip)for all our important aspects of service, accessories and parts; items too important to leave to chance or to pay unreasonably inflated prices.
